RETURN

The products are custom made for you upon placing the order and have no value to us post being returned. Please help us by minimizing cancellations. Thanks!

We have a 5-day return policy for damaged goods and 3-day return policy for goods in perfect condition but were ordered by mistake (wrong size & design included). In case of the second, return delivery charges @ INR 60 will be borne by the customer.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase, to be sent on email.

Damaged Items Return
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If you have received the order damaged, misprinted or broken, you can raise a request for the claim within 5 days of the delivery post which you will have to bear the loss. 

You need to email us at support@sharmascrubs.com with proper images of the product showing the defect and original packaging of the product & courier. Upon verifying the issue we will re-send a new product or refund the money to you. whatever is preferred. 

  1. If there were any size discrepancies, the images of the product along with the size measurement should be provided to check with our production team.
  1. Please unbox the package carefully. If the package was damaged while opening it with the scissors or any other sharp object, refunding will not be possible unless we have the unpacking video or the images of the courier cover.
  1. If you have noticed any damage on the package while receiving it from the courier, kindly mention the damage in the remark while signing. This will help us in claiming the refund from the courier service.

The exchange products delivery time will be in line with as mentioned in the shipping policy.

Items in good condition return
Reverse pickup charges to be borne by the customer. The processing time for reverse shipment is 2-3 weeks. It includes the shipment picked-up time.

The product must pass the QC at our warehouse for return process to complete. Worn or washed products are not accepted as return. The balance money after deducting reverse shipment charges will be issued to your account. reverse shipping charges are INR 60 within India.

Send email to support@clubamigos.in with subject as RETURN and state the reason for the same. Please do mention all the relevant order details. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 60 business days, minus the reverse shipment charges. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 60 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@sharmascrubs.com .

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items. This includes poster and phone covers on our website), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
You can raise a size change request in the same color and category. we will arrange the pick up and delivery of new product free of cost.
